1. Half of your chili cook-off entry donation will go to the cook-off winner prizes and the other half will go to the non-profit to benefit Veterans and First Responders. All cook-off participants must read and acknowledge receipt of the rules agreement and then issue $50 payment through Venmo to complete registration.
2. We require each participant to have a minimum of 3 gallons of chili, and supply their table, chairs, and canopy. Spaces will be assigned according to arrival time.
3. Public Chili tasting will begin at 12 pm. The organizer will provide tasting cups and spoons for each person to carry to each chili pot. Please check each person for a wristband and remind each taster to hold onto their cups.
4. Tasters judging will begin at 2:30 pm. 
5. If you make your chili with alcohol, we ask you to place a sign on your table as this is a family event.
6. Prizes: we will have one winner chosen by the community.
7. In the case of a tie a “taste off” between the two finalists will occur.
